I’m Pieter, you can simply pronounce that as “Peter”. I’m a Product Designer and hobby photographer based in London.

From a young age in my native the Netherlands, I’ve been involved with digital design. I enjoyed a creative background; my mother was a professional photographer and both my parents played in bands. This has given me an exposure to creativity that formed a solid base for my professional career. At the same time, I was one of those early gamers and would spend the majority of my free time behind a computer. This spurred me on to take a Bachelors degree in Communication and Multimedia Design in Rotterdam.

Over the next half decade or so I decided to travel the world. To fund my travels, I found myself utilising my design skills by designing websites in Central and North America. In 2010, after completing my Master’s degree in Digital Media in Brighton, I settled in the UK and have been working in Product Design here ever since.
